The range
Gothic, celestial, botanical, feline and frankly odd. One slim case, whichever one you are.

Where the name comes from
A vesta case was a small metal case for matches, named after Vesta, Roman goddess of the hearth. Victorians made them in silver, brass and enamel, engraved them, and carried them every day — because the thing you take out in company should be worth looking at.
Then lighters arrived and the vesta case disappeared. The object was too good to lose. Ours holds cards instead of matches, and the reason for it has not changed.
Every case is a design first. Absinthe cats, tarot, moths, Deco portraits — chosen because you would want to be seen carrying it.
Cigarette-case silhouette. Side clasps hold 6–8 cards and folded cash flat, and a push-button opens it one-handed.
Metal body, polished chrome, glossy epoxy resin coat. It is a case that lives in a pocket, not a display piece.
No risk
Use it as your everyday case. If the design is not what you hoped or it does not suit how you carry, email us within thirty days and we refund the order.
Before you ask
A small decorative metal case, Victorian, originally for matches — named after Vesta, Roman goddess of the hearth. Ours is the same object built for cards. The silhouette is almost unchanged.
6 to 8, plus folded cash and your ID. Internal side clasps hold the stack flat. Embossed cards take a little more room than flat ones.
Standard is 4.0 × 2.2 × 0.7 in (10.2 × 5.5 × 1.7 cm). Large is 4.1 × 2.7 × 0.7 in (10.3 × 6.8 × 1.8 cm) — about half an inch wider. Take Large if you carry cash regularly or want the cards to sit looser.
The print sits under a glossy epoxy resin coat, which is what protects it. It resists everyday wear and dents. It is a coated metal case, not an indestructible one — keys in the same pocket will mark anything eventually.
Yes. Thirty days, no argument. Design is subjective and a photograph is not the same as holding it.
